The chilled yam soba was delicious. I go to Sobadokoro Metoroan once a month.

It's been a long time since I ate there three weeks in a row. A set of katsudon and hot soba. The price is 690 yen. Soba noodles are quite good in the stand-up system. Dashi is also good. Moreover, the katsudon is good. I think it's the best at a stand-up soba restaurant's katsudon. The soba soup stock is rather sweet, so this taste brings out the umami of the soup flavor of the katsudon. A single katsudon is also okay.

Ordinary but good. The noodles have just the right amount of stiffness. Sweet but flavorful soup. The green onions also have a nice scent. Kake soba, 320 yen is cheap. It's the same price as the kake soba in the company cafeteria, but it's much tastier.
