Personally, I think that the quality of the soup stock, the firmness of the udon noodles, and the well-balanced texture were a hit, and I think the difference in price makes this one a hit. When I added tenkasu, it harmonized with both the green onions and the meat, creating a well-balanced taste. Curry udon is also a repeat candidate. The soup stock that you can add a little at a time is delicious, and the taste changes as the butter melts. I think this is also a taste that you can never get at a chain restaurant. At the end, I added rice and ate it. I have never had a favorite udon restaurant, and I always thought that the ones made at home were the most delicious, but I will definitely be making this again.
