For lunch on a business trip, I went to Ryotaro, located in a residential area about 5 minutes walk from the east exit of Tokorozawa Station. It was around 1:30 after noon on a weekday Friday, and there was no wait outside, and there were only 3 customers inside. However, you can see that it is a popular restaurant because there were about 6 people following us. After some hesitation, I ordered 3L of double tsukemen, jumbo kakiage, and okra tempura. I arrived late, so the tempura was pretty much finished, unfortunately (≧∀≦) The bowl is ready in less than 10 minutes, and it looks quite impressive, but the udon plate is raised and the amount is 3L, but it doesn't seem to be that much ^ ^ First, I'll have it with the curry soup ^o^ The noodles are not hard even for Musashino udon, and the thickness is normal. It's quite delicious with the curry. Next is the gravy, which I slurp down ^_^ Yup, this also goes well with the noodles ^o^ The kakiage is large, but thin, so it's not very filling, and you can eat it quickly. Okra tempura is delicious (^ω^) Personally, I prefer noodles that are a little firmer. Even with 3L, the amount is not that much ^o^ It was delicious ♪ Thank you for the meal 😋
I was interested in this store near my office. There's always a line and you can smell the delicious udon soup outside😋 I was finally able to go. There are 2 tables inside the tatami room. I think there are about 5 tables in the middle... When I sat down at the table and looked at the menu, I thought udon L, LL...8L or more? I'll take a photo next time. I heard that the L size is for children, so I ordered the LL set, which includes gravy udon and tempura. Although the portions were large, four women went there and everyone said it was delicious and they could eat normally. There's also tempura, so you'll be full by the time you finish eating. The tempura was delicious with traditional Musashino udon. The soup is thick, so I would have been happy if they had warishita, but it was crowded so I didn't ask. We lined up one after another while we were eating. The prices are reasonable starting from 720 yen, so I highly recommend you give it a try. It was so delicious❣️
