Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Echigosoba Kitano

It was delicious kakiage soba. In addition to soba, they also have Hachioji ramen, so I would like to try it next time.

Kakiage soba costs 480 yen. The crispy batter, the sweetness of the onions, and the round shape made it easy to eat. Very satisfied. The kaeshi also has a mellow taste that I like, as it doesn't have soy sauce on it unlike the JR version (but it's strong). I personally recommend this store.

It was a stand-up soba restaurant that showed a lot of commitment. The buckwheat was fragrant and firm. Sobayu is very thick, and I was impressed that this uses good soba. It is a shop that I definitely want to visit again.
