Restaurant specialized in Udon. You can get them with either curry, meat broth, or Goma miso tantan (spicy). You can select the type and quantity of noodles you want (up to 1kg!!) at the vending machine, and then wait to get seats. There was a10 persons queue when I got there, but it was quite fast and after around 15 minutes I was seating and enjoying my udon. They were quite thick, but not too soft nor chewy. A great place, though it would have been great to have a choice of tempuras (you can however order kakiage or minced meat katsu).

Quite unique udon noodle shop west Tokyo area

This is a popular Musashino udon restaurant. I'm going to have gravy udon. Curry udon is a bit more dominant around here. If you take a closer look, it sure looks delicious. I don't feel like pulling back now, so I'll just eat the gravy udon. The extra-thick udon noodles are satisfying. The dipping sauce is full of flavor. It's not too strong and the taste is quite good. The homemade minced meat cutlet sounded delicious, so I added it. A luxurious dish with coarsely ground meat and plenty of onions. This is also very admirable. I'm completely full. Thanks to you, we had a good lunch. It's a very nice shop, with the restaurant fully booked and the popularity guaranteed.
