It was a delicious curry that exceeded the image of a standing soba restaurant. On the other hand, he was a normal standing soba restaurant without any pretentiousness, and he was pleasant to talk to. I thought it was a good store.
Yamacho is an izakaya located along the Keio Line, mainly in Fuchu, and is famous for its yakitori. With locations in Fuchu, Chofu, Seiseki Sakuragaoka, Nagayama, and Tachikawa, this is an izakaya where whatever you eat is delicious. When I learned that the mountain chief was serving standing-eating soba noodles, I had to try it. It seems that the standing soba noodles are not the only thing they sell, and the beef tendon curry is also a specialty, but on this day I decided to stick to the soba noodles. Tentama soba is the superstar of the standing soba world. The unique feature of this restaurant is that they use fresh soba noodles, so unlike regular standing soba noodles, you have to wait about 3 minutes. Raw soba noodles in a Kanto-style spicy and thick soup made with bonito flakes is too luxurious. And if you have freshly fried oysters and raw eggs, there's nothing you can say about it. This is a great deal at only 480 yen and less than 500 yen. Next time I want to try beef tendon curry.
