More Comments at Google MapYou won't find more flavor than here at Bonsai. Amazing spice and quality at reasonable prices - and quick service! Worth a try if you're looking for something new.
The special soup and soba noodles are a perfect match! You can enjoy the strange taste as many times as you like, so it will be addictive! The beer is a rare Heartland bottle, and the background music is jazz. You can enjoy it slowly!
It is located at the south exit of Tachikawa Station, in the direction of WINS. There were about 10 counter seats and a table in the store. Instead of Chinese-style tsukemen, Japanese soba-like noodles are dipped in soup and eaten like zaru soba. I ordered the chicken tsukesoba. Soba noodles are thick and hard boiled like rangiri soba. It was served with seaweed and sprouts. The soup is a Japanese-style chicken broth with an indescribable taste. You can choose hot or cold. The ingredients are green onions, bamboo shoots, sesame and chicken char siu? is included. It's much lighter than it looks. Adding the fruit vinegar on the table made it even more refreshing, and the fried onions had a fragrant texture. This time I made it average, but next time I would like to have a large serving and enjoy it.
