I visited before opening on Sunday! I was waiting for the store to open in the cloudy weather, but I was asked to wait inside even though it was not long before the store opened! Impressed ( ；∀；) I have been to many shops, but it was my first experience. Is it the personality of the shopkeeper? The price of udon is reasonable, so order all kinds (small)! The udon is freshly cut and has a chewy texture typical of Sanuki. Everything was delicious! It was a one-off operation, but I was very impressed with how friendly and attentive they were to the customer! It's a shop that makes you want to go every day if you're in the neighborhood. I learned a lot. It was a delicious meal.
