The store was located in a residential area that was difficult to reach without a navigation system. One of the characteristics of ``Udokichi'' is that there are several types of noodles. This time, I ordered ``Ultra Mochi Noodles'', which I had wanted to try for a while, and red meat soup udon. At the counter, the owner offered me a prototype of noodles made with green juice, but since I really wanted to taste the "ultra chewy noodles," I reluctantly declined.My impressions of the noodles were, of course, chewy and delicious. When I went there at 11:10 when the store opened at 11:30, there were already two people in line. Udon is only available in small and medium sizes. Actually, I wanted to eat a large size, but the udon here is so popular that if I set it to a large size, the noodles would run out quickly and many customers wouldn't be able to eat it, so I decided to set it to a medium size. I heard that there is. There are 5 types of noodles, and I chose the ``New Mochi Noodles'' which was recommended. When I ate it, it was so chewy that I could definitely say that the term ``chewy texture'' was meant for this udon. The surface of the noodles was soft, but the noodles had a firm texture. There are only 4 parking spaces, so we recommend arriving 30 minutes before opening.
