Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Makado

I had the soba noodles made with young sweetfish. I like the soba noodles to be chewy and a little sweet. It was very delicious with a strong soup. Thank you for the meal.

There are 4 soba restaurants at the south exit of Hachioji. The most delicious. I like Nishihachi Zabo, but it's about as delicious as that. I once ordered two large servings of Seiro. Still 2000 yen. Comes with wasabi and green onions. Coming out late? I've never had that happen... Both soba and soup are delicious. Always empty. It helps too.
