Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜Yayoiken Minami-Gyōtoku

I ate here yesterday and I ate one of the best pieces of fish I have ever had. I think I had the fish with a miso sauce. It was my second experience with Teishoku in Japan and once again was delighted with the food!

Excellent food and service. Food is always top notch at Yayoiken and always has such a good price. Their seasonal menu is delicious, kimchi chigae and kaki fry in particular are must haves! For their regular menu, you can’t go wrong with their eggplant miso and grilled fish set meal, and their omelet as a side dish.

It's really nice that you can get refills of rice for free. The service and the atmosphere are very good, such as the staff's response and the way they communicate with each other.It's a wonderful shop where you can go home satisfied every time you go.
