Curry lunch set with added deliciousness Recommended for these people Those who want to eat a solid curry lunch set Arrived before 1pm on Sunday. The store is full. Nepali curry is said to be a specialty, but I wanted to try naan, so I ordered set B. B lunch set 1,350 yen There are two curries to choose from: chicken curry and mutton curry. For drinks, I ordered lassi. The mutton was said to be spicy, but it wasn't that spicy and was easier to eat than other restaurants. As you continue to eat it, it becomes quite spicy. The naan is baked fluffy and you can really taste the gentle flavor of the wheat. Both the tandoori chicken and chicken tikka are piping hot, fatty and juicy, and I'm glad that the umami is emphasized as a spiced chicken dish rather than a simple curry flavor.

The Nepalese food is so delicious that I continue to go there, although not often. Perhaps because the Newar people living in Kathmandu also make alcohol (alcohols like makgeolli), there seem to be quite a few side dishes that go well with alcohol. I look forward to the dal bhat (set meal) where the side dishes change depending on the day, so much so that I can go there every day (lol) It's healthy because it uses lots of seasonal vegetables and no chemical seasonings. The chai you drink after your meal is not too sweet and has a lot of milk, making it very relaxing. Indian curry is usually delicious, but tandoori and grilled dishes are juicy and very delicious. The Motoyawata store is small, but it has a cute atmosphere with reddish pink walls and Asian accessories.

This is a shop that serves Dal Bhat, which is rare in Japan. The curry-flavored tarkari brings out the deliciousness of the rice, and the saag and achar are spicy (and not just spicy), just like they are in Nepal, so you can enjoy a different taste. It also comes with a soft-tasting dal curry, and even those who don't like spicy food will find it addictive if they like curry flavor. The seasoning of dal bhat is different from the salt, soy sauce, mirin, etc. of Japanese food, but it is the culmination of the pursuit of how to combine rice with the main dish and side dishes to make it delicious in the rice-eating culture of Nepal. It is a national dish that you can get used to. This is a place I would love to visit regularly.
