I found this store by chance. It was an incredible store, tucked away in a residential area. A bowl of ramen costs 600 yen. Scary cheap. However, the noodles here are homemade, and you can enjoy the smoothest, most voluptuous noodles (infused with egg and yam) in Chiba Prefecture. The char siu was also excellent. The soup was ``the most delicious traditional Chinese soba flavor.'' And homemade gyoza. The gyoza here is huge and delicious. I don't think you can easily find such delicious and huge gyoza in Chiba. Both the ramen made with homemade noodles and the homemade gyoza were definitely 5 star. It's a shop that I can't talk about in just one visit. There was a variety of menu items such as curry, omelet rice, pork cutlet (set meal), ginger grilled meat, katsudon, Chinese bowl, etc., and I really wanted to try them all.

[Revisit] Today I went back with my wife because I really wanted to try the soy sauce-based ramen that everyone had read about. I ordered wonton noodles. My wife is Gomokumen. It's wonton noodles, but as expected, the soy sauce soup is refreshing but flavorful and very delicious. When it comes to wontons, I totally enjoy the skin. Is it a little hard when you first get it? But if you soak it in the soup and let it sit for a while, it will become smooth and have a wonderful texture. The noodles are thin and straight, but chewy and delicious. It's common for this type of noodles to have no firmness, but that's not the case; the noodles really stand out and are really harmonious. It's about to become a regular, but there are still a lot of menu items I haven't tried yet, so I guess I'll be ordering new menu items for a while. The gyoza are very delicious and the staff are all cheerful and very nice. I feel like thank you for the meal. I can't wait to try the next one. [Revisited so far] I went to a Chinese restaurant with a homely atmosphere that caught my eye as I was always on my way to the riverbed for cycling. I ordered gyoza and tanmen. As the reviews say, the gyoza is voluminous and filling. The skin is chewy and goes perfectly with the vegetable-filled filling, and it's delicious when dipped in the classic sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, and chili oil, but it also goes well with vinegar and pepper sauce! This makes me want to drink beer. Next was the tanmen, which wasn't packed with vegetables, but the soup was mild and delicious. After all, the noodles are very delicious. Although the noodles are thin and straight, they have a very nice aroma. Usually, thin noodles have no firmness and lack some texture, but Tsuruya's noodles are not like that at all. So I decided to go again the next day because I wanted to try a variety of menu items. the next day The next day, I immediately returned with Kami-san. I ordered gyoza, boiled dumplings, shrimp fried rice, and bottled beer super dry and oolong high. It's boiled gyoza, but rather than boiled gyoza, it's gyoza in a soup, and the soup also has toppings like bean sprouts, cabbage, and wood ear pork, so it's a huge serving for one person! It was so solid...it wasn't as casual as if you were eating it alone as a snack. However, the chewy skin absorbs the soup properly and is delicious. If you can have multiple people, you can't leave it out. The fried rice has a light seasoning, so unless you order boiled gyoza, you can definitely eat it with ramen. 600 yen for a large bottle of beer is very cost-effective, and you can choose Asahi, Sapporo, or Kirin, which is amazing. I'm really looking forward to lunch next week.

A Chinese restaurant in a residential area. The atmosphere was great, with the poor sound quality of the radio, photos of people who were probably the previous generation, and handwritten menus on the tags. I'm sure I'm not the only one who got excited when I saw the "Ryoko Suehiro" sign and thought, "Ryoko Hirosue is here!!" We visited with 5 guys and ate fried rice, cutlet curry, curry ramen, gomoku yakisoba, and chashu men, and all of them raved about it! We also ordered one gyoza for each person, and everyone raved about how chewy and delicious it was. Both the atmosphere and the food were great. I will go again.
