2018: A little bit out of the way from Tokyo central. It was the best ramen I had in Japan. Kumimoto-san being as polite and smiley as he is in the Youtube video. Cozy small shop surrounded by a beautiful suburb. 2022: I came back in 2022, the noukou ramen「濃厚ラーメン」 has a strong earthy thick broth and thin noodles that soak up the flavour nicely, the signature ramen is light with hints of lemon and caramelized onions. Still the best ramen I have had.

If you've stumbled upon this place, you have probably watched the video on YouTube about the owner of this little Ramen bar. The bar itself is a bit of a squeeze but is very accessible as there are sliding doors that open to each seat. You order your food via a machine and you sit and wait for you food. The food comes out very quick and the service is amazing. Quick and friendly. Food is fantastic as well!

Cozy hole in the wall in a suburban area in Tokyo, very delicious food and friendly staff. It’s a tight room so you may be sweating during the summer months while eating but it is definitely worth a visit
