I had beef bone ramen with soy sauce topped with chashu, grated garlic, and a raw egg. The clear beef bone soup is so delicious that you can feel the sweetness of the beef. Goes well with thin noodles. If you want noodles hardened, it may be better to harden the noodles. It was a soup that I wanted to finish after a long time. Thank you for the meal. Next time, I thought it would be a restaurant I would like to go to and eat all of the salt and miso that I could enjoy the taste of the soup more than I was worried about.

Beef bone salt ramen was very delicious. It tasted like mild beef bone ramen. Red ginger, grated ginger, and garlic are available as a service, so if you want to change the taste, you can try various things and you won't get tired of it.
