The mini bowl was pork kimchi bowl 😆 the best ✨ The chilled ramen comes with three ice cubes, so it's already cold and delicious from the first bite. Although it was cold and light, the rich soup was exquisite! ! The noodles have a firm texture and the quantity is just right! (It's not a large serving) What I was most happy about this time was the mini kimchi pork bowl💕 I guess you could call it the taste of burnt pot.🤔I can't find a good word for it, but it has a unique, aged flavor, like when lard is heated in a wok that has been used for many years. ...It has a unique flavor that I would never be able to make at home! 😭💕 It has a lot of ingredients, you can get a good amount of vegetables, and there's a lot of pork in it, so you don't feel like it's getting bulky due to the vegetables 💕 Even if I ordered the set, it was just 1000 yen 🤔 The price is cheap with this volume! I lived nearby years ago and used to eat here. You can choose the thickness of the noodles and the soup is really delicious. Fried rice and gyoza are delicious.
