More Comments at Google MapThank you for taking care of me for lunch. I was curious about Gittari Ramen so I ordered it! It had a layer of fat and was forever hot, so it was exactly what I was looking for 😁 It was similar to the Ajiichi ramen from a popular restaurant in Odawara a long time ago. Personally, it was my favorite 🤤 The soup has a deep richness and is not cloying and is extremely delicious. You can also choose rice for free, which was a great deal. The shop owner is intimidating, but very kind and likable. It was a shop that I would like to go to again 🤤
drink I thought it was an izakaya A shop with various ramen ♪ The shop owner is also tough Really kind and gentle! Soy sauce, miso, salt, and tantan noodles I look forward to it every time! Of course, there is also limited ramen! A lot of knobs♪ People who can drink and drink ramen I envy you! !
2022.5.26 At lunch time, I ordered Gittari Ramen with a flavored egg topping. Although the color of the soup is black, it doesn't taste like strong soy sauce, but rather has a slight sweetness. There's a lot of back fat in it, but it's not too greasy. delicious. The noodles are medium thick, almost flat, and have a chewy texture that goes well with the soup. The chashu was heated properly and had just the right amount of fat. Finished meal. The bottled beer is Sapporo's Akahoshi. What's more, they serve the beer properly in chilled ceramic beer glasses. Perhaps because it is originally an izakaya, this is a nice consideration for customers who want to drink. The noodle menu changes every night, so I think customers who don't need beer with their ramen will enjoy it (there's also plenty of sake and shochu). 2022.8.25 Ordered shoyu ramen (flavored egg topping) and gyoza. It seems that the ramen is made with shoyu ramen as the base, and the black soup that is blended with various things is delicious. The gyoza are large and cooked so that the oil spreads when you bite into them. I felt that there was a little less garlic, but considering that I eat it with the ramen's black soup, it might be reasonable. Delicious enough.
