A la carte items include octopus tempura, monkfish liver, turban shell grilled in a pot, (seasonal: raw oysters, matsutake mushrooms steamed in an earthenware teapot), and more, all at reasonable prices. (The monkfish liver was better than the monkfish liver of the monkfish specialty store in Tokyo.) The sashimi platter is also a sashimi platter of a sushi restaurant! The nigiri sushi is a marriage of carefully prepared toppings and perfectly vinegared sushi rice!
