2023/06 visit I ordered a large cutlet curry (930 yen + large 160 yen) from various curries. The combination of freshly fried soft cutlet and slightly spicy roux is outstanding and delicious! There is also a parking lot for 3 cars across the road. I'm going to eat a different curry next time ^ ^

2023-10 Visited again for lunch on Saturday. I ate "Kashmir Curry 960 yen (tax included)". I hesitated because the menu said "extra spicy," but the first bite was normal and gradually got spicier, so I finished it all while sweating. Maybe, but in terms of spiciness of Kashmiri curry, I think Kashiwa's ``Bombay'' > ``Chuka Oshima'' > ``Kenchan''. This Kashmiri curry is filled with chunks of meat and potatoes, and the roux has a deep, bitter flavor and is very delicious. The amount of rice is just right, and it comes with salad and miso soup. The salad didn't have mayonnaise, which I said was unnecessary last time, and the miso soup had the flavor and aroma of the dashi stock and was delicious. On this day, my wife and I ate Keema Curry 960 yen (tax included) and she said, ``It's delicious. I want to try the curry ramen next time.'' ------------------------------------- 2022-08 This is a curry and ramen restaurant that has been around for a long time on Union Street in Kamagaya. I used it for the first time in a while for lunch on a weekday. There are three parking spaces across the road, but one of them is always parked in a white one-box car, so I think this is probably the shop's car. So it's actually two units, but it's convenient. It was about 11:30 when the store opened, and of course there were no customers. There were 1 person and 2 people in the back. The owner and his wife (?) were putting on their aprons and were preparing to open the store. There are 3 or 4 counter seats in the front of the store. There are 4 tables for 4 people in the back. 1 table in the small area. There is also a table with self-service water, barley tea, wet paper towels, and garlic (?) in the small raised area. I was told, ``Please take any seat you like,'' and there was a TV mounted on the back wall of the small raised area, so I sat at a table with a view of the TV. By the way, there was a small TV near the entrance of the counter, and the same news program was playing, but there was a slight time difference in the audio, making it sound like an echo in the bathroom. lol) When I got my own barley tea and looked at the menu on the table, it probably looked the same as when I came before. The last time I came here was probably two or three years ago, but I feel like I had the extremely spicy Kashmiri curry, so this time I ordered the Spicy Madras Curry for 960 yen (tax included). After ordering, spoons, chopsticks, and Fukujinzuke came, followed by salad. Something like green leaves, carrots, peppers and onion chips. The homemade dressing with mayonnaise was delicious, but personally I found it too seasoned. I don't think you need mayo. Next is miso soup. ···miso soup? I don't remember miso soup, but it smells nice. And Ken-chan's curry for the first time in a while. The Madras curry is simmering in a ceramic pot with chicken, carrots, and potatoes all over it and looks delicious. The sauce is dark and slightly thick, and when you take a bite, it's quite spicy. However, it has an indescribable richness and is very delicious. Slightly hard-cooked rice goes well with curry. I thought it was a bit much, but the curry was so delicious that I finished it in no time. I haven't had Ken-chan curry in a long time and it's still delicious. For 960 yen, which comes with salad and miso soup, the cost performance is not bad. I'm also curious about the ramen, but I feel like the set menu is too much for me, so I think I'll just come here for the ramen next time.

This is a curry and ramen shop that I've been interested in since I moved here 16 years ago. Recently, I learned that there is a parking lot by word of mouth, so I'm visiting now. ☆First visit in mid-June [There is a greedy menu where you can eat fruity super spicy curry and umami ramen at once] There were few other customers at 8:30 on a Saturday night when it was drizzling, and the food was served without waiting. It should be noted that chopsticks, seasonings, and Fukujinzuke (cold in a pot with a lid) are provided after ordering, and there are no items on the table, which is hygienic. Cold or barley tea is self-serve. At first, I was looking for Madras curry, but I was inspired by the word-of-mouth report on Google maps and ordered Kashmir curry + ramen set and gyoza. If it's not a car, I'd like a bottle of beer. Dumplings came first. Gyoza dumplings with a gentle vegetable flavor. Next is the set ramen. Next time I will order without backfat. The soup is made with dashi stock and has a mellow flavor. The noodles are medium-thick and slightly flat noodles that are boiled and hardened. This hardness is just right for my favorite. Kashmir curry at the end. Two chunks of meat on a flat plate that shines silver with rice and a slightly thick brown roux. The cream line is shaky. As others have written, it's not a crisp Kashmir curry like Ginza Delhi or Kashiwa Bombay. I see. I wonder if this is the reason why the evaluation from Indian people is low. It's not good. The rice is firm, the curry has a fruity aroma at the first bite, and the second bite is spicy and delicious. I ate it desperately. It was good, thank you for the meal. ☆ 2nd visit in mid-June [Madras Curry and Menchi Katsu Curry] A second visit with my partner who wants to eat curry. My partner ordered menchi curry and I ordered madras curry. ◎Menchi curry is a hearty curry with 2 freshly fried mince cutlets on top, served with miso soup. ◎ Madras Curry is a set of Salad + Curry + Rice + Miso Soup First came the salad. Lettuce, carrots, rare green peppers, mayonnaise, and fried garlic. Mayo and peppers go well together. Crispy and very delicious. Curry is served in a large pottery gratin dish with hands, brown and thick roux with chicken, sweet carrot, turnip? is soaked and the nuts are scattered. The spiciness is not as spicy as Kashmir, but it has a rich and dry taste. The rice is well-cooked and hardened, and goes well with the curry. It will disappear. The miso soup of the day is very delicious with bean sprouts and tofu. Speaking of madras curry ① Sweet and spicy curry with coconut from South India ②Osaka sweet and spicy curry It reminds me of, but I wonder if it's a little different. A certain curry shop near Futawa-Mukodai station is sweet and spicy. Well, it was delicious, so it's okay. I will ask again. Next is Ramada.
