More Comments at Google MapMusashino style chewy noodle with hot or cold soup. Tasted much gentler than tsukemen-style ramen. Worth trying! Good taste!
This is a udon restaurant located in a residential area. It was chewy and very delicious♪ The chikuwa tempura was also crispy and delicious. The inside of the store is also nice and clean, There is only a counter, but you can sit and eat comfortably. Next time I think I'll try simple udon noodles. 💪
This is the only store in Tokyo that is affiliated with Shoji, a famous store in Kawashima-cho, Saitama Prefecture. The shop is a small shop with only a counter. The udon is Musashino udon, and is usually eaten with dipping sauce. The noodles are hard, colored, and smooth. These noodles are delicious, so any soup you choose will be delicious. On this day, I ate the limited edition spicy miso udon. The spicy red miso soup contains vegetables such as chives and green onions, as well as bunashimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, making it rich in vegetables and pork. Although it is located very close to Sakurajosui Station, it is a little-known restaurant in a residential area with no other shops or foot traffic. I'm happy to be able to eat Musashino udon here. Unfortunately, the payment was cash only. I visited on Sunday at noon, and there was no waiting time and I was able to get in smoothly.
