Shibuya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Yamashita Honki Udon - Shibuya Center Street

Went to this place spontaneously and it was truly delicious! It may take a short while for the dishes to come out since it can get a bit busy (there was a line forming once we left the restaurant as well!) but the dishes are definitely worth queuing for! The cold Udon are perfect for a hot day, they're firm, chewy and delicious - especially with a raw egg and added crushed sesame seeds! We we're a bit surprised about the Udon pancake but we tried it (we ordered one with ice cream and cinnamon) and it was wonderfully sweet and tasty~

This store is located in Shibuya, very close to Shibuya Station! Just get off the car and cross the street! The restaurant has a modern and nice design, and the prices are reasonable, but the cream cheese udon is really delicious! delicious! 😋It is recommended to pair it with fried food. Eggs and squid are recommended! I think it’s really delicious and fun to enjoy the combination of fried food and udon!

Mentai udon was AMAZING!!!! You don’t have to mix all the cream in. Just as much as you want. I went there at 2am so there was no line and food came super fast. Entrance to the shop is thru the small staircase besides the ramen shop. I thought it was on ground level and mistakenly went to the ramen shop but the udon shop is actually on the first floor. So good I went again the next day….
