Perfect spot for a light, chilled lunch of cold ramen. This is a stand and eat shop with limited space (not good for groups) where diners eat quickly in very close proximity to strangers. The chef works fast, speaks just enough english, and orders are made on the vending machine just outside the door. Lots of table side condiments make any noodle choice customizable. Most importantly, the flavors, textures and freshness are all what Tokyo memories are made of.

I was surprised to be able to eat such chewy and chewy udon in Shimbashi. was delicious. The tempura was freshly fried and crispy. Affordable and even better. A long and narrow store in the back.
