April 2021--- After a long time, I had lunch at Sakuta, which is about a 10-minute walk from Minamino Station. Takeout was also substantial, and there were also lunch boxes and rice bowls, and there were some pick-ups of reserved takeouts on the way. There was also a lunch reservation after 13:00. The menu has changed completely, and the order I decided on was 1,200 yen tax-excluded for rice cooked in a sea bream pot. There was an explanation that it will take more than 20 minutes because it is cooked in a kettle. Shortly after the order was placed, the sound of tempura began to be heard. A colorful salad bowl piled high on beautiful Japanese tableware in about five minutes? was provided. Japanese-style dressing, healthy and delicious. About 15 minutes later, the vegetable tempura was served. Butterbur sprouts, myoga, sweet potatoes, green peppers, lotus roots, eggplants, etc. are also healthy. There is pink salt, but I like to dip it in tentsuyu, so I will have it here. It's crispy, springy and delicious. While eating, rice cooked in a hot pot was served in a hot pot. There was a lot of sea bream fillet inside and it was beautifully cooked. It was served in a rice bowl and served deliciously with tempura. This sea bream-cooked rice and vegetable tempura are highly satisfying, so it's a good kappo. 2020--- I went to Kappo Sakuta, which is a 12-3 minute walk from Hachioji Minamino Station in the direction of Shichikoku. It doesn't feel like you can use it casually at night, but you can feel free to use it during lunchtime. I ordered a lunch set of okonomiyaki tempura for 1800 yen. After a while, you can hear the sound of tempura and the anticipation increases. The menu provided was tempura, Japanese food, pickles, miso soup, rice, and tempura sauce. Not only is the tempura beautifully arranged, but the heat is just right to make the best use of the ingredients. It was a delicious meal.
I visited with my family. Even though I didn't make a reservation, they prepared a private room for me. I would love to hear from you again! Thank you ✨
