Just loved the food....i am fan of ramen....

I've known about the store for over two years, but I couldn't find the right time to go in, so I finally did it today! The shop's name is 100 years old, which is quite unusual, and even the famous fried rice has 100 years written on it. In the end, I couldn't figure out what Hyakunen was, but since I was there, I couldn't resist trying the specialty, so I ordered Hyakunen Fried Rice + Half Ramen from the lunch menu. As of today, it costs 1,100 yen including tax. Until the product arrived, I thought the pricing was quite aggressive, even though prices are high. I was satisfied when I saw the amount that was delivered. I thought, “This is a lot, isn’t it?” lol Honestly, even if an adult male goes in with a full stomach, by the time he comes out he'll probably be too full, but he'll come out with a satisfied look on his face. What's more, the fried rice itself is not too dry, and is slightly moist without being dry, and it has a deep, slightly gentle flavor similar to Chinese soup stock without being salty. Furthermore, the chashu is also diced, and you can enjoy the difference in texture between the nataru and the pork, which is extremely delicious. Furthermore, the eggs still have a slightly fluffy texture, which I personally love. Next, when I tried the half ramen, it looked like traditional Chinese noodles, topped with a large char siu, menma, and seaweed. The soup tastes like dashi and soy sauce, and the noodles are medium thick and curly. It's a classic combination, and even though it's only half ramen, it's quite a portion, which I think helps create a perfect balance so you don't get bored with either. Overall, both were extremely delicious! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is just like that of a traditional Chinese restaurant, so it felt like a place where office workers could easily come in during lunch and build up their stamina, so why not stop by! Visited after seeing other reviews. It is said that there is a difference in taste when it is busy. So if you visit a little earlier at noon, the customers will be sparse. I ordered a set of half ramen and half fried rice called mini a. A real taste! It is the taste that I ate when I was a child. "It seems that the price has been raised twice, but I think it's reasonable as a rarity value." The fried rice is extremely moist and the ingredients are rumbling, and the ramen is pure chicken soy sauce. I was worried about a little too much oil, but both fried rice and ramen had a strong taste. It was delicious. Even if the price is raised a little more, I think that it is possible at the Tokyo level. Absolutely! It's a taste you don't want to lose.
