It's been a while since I visited. This is a Shinshu Togakushi Juwari Soba restaurant. This is a hidden gem that is visited by celebrities and athletes. The restaurant is basically run by a husband and wife, and someone who appears to be their daughter helps out during busy lunchtimes and weekends. When it's crowded, you can be guided to a hidden room behind the parking lot. The soba noodles are sticky and delicious, which is unique to Shinshu Togakushi soba. The wasabi is a wasabi grown in Okutama that is grated for each order. It has a sweet taste and is best eaten with soba noodles without dipping it in the soup. The price and quantity of tempura doesn't match in a good way, and if you ask for an assortment, you'll be surprised at how much you get. It contains 2 each of garland chrysanthemum, bamboo shoots, shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, kakiage, eggplant, pumpkin, and halibut, and is large and crispy. What is noteworthy is the soba-yu, which has a different consistency from regular soba-yu. It's not mushy anymore, it's mushy. This is absolutely delicious. After your meal, you will be served with a warm soba side dish made by the restaurant. It will make you feel warm when you have it with tea. It has been a long time since I visited here. It is a restaurant of Shinshu-Togakushi Soba. It is a hidden gem that is visited by certain celebrities and athletes. Basically, the restaurant is run by a couple, and their daughter helps them during lunch time or on weekends when the restaurant is crowded. When the restaurant is crowded, you will be guided to a hidden room behind the parking lot. The soba noodles are made in Togakushi, Shinshu. The soba noodles are delicious, with the unique stickiness and firmness of Togakushi soba from Shinshu. The wasabi is made from grated wasabi produced in Okutama and has a sweet taste. The tempura is not in line with the price in a good sense, and if you ask for an assortment, you will be surprised at the amount of tempura you will receive. The tempura includes two each of garland chrysanthemum, bamboo shoots , shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, kakiage, eggplant, pumpkin, and sillago, and is large and crispy. The soba water is not like ordinary soba water, but is thicker and not thick anymore. It is not thick, but rather thick. This is the best taste. After the meal, warm soba gaki, the restaurant's special dish, is served. It is a very relaxing experience to have it with green tea. It is a relaxing experience when served with a cup of tea.

I went there after reading the reviews. Two men, 100 percent soba x 2 I ordered tempura platter ✕1. I was very satisfied with both the taste and the volume.

I ride a road bike. This is a 100 percent soba and tempura restaurant located in a place that only those in the know know about. Up to 3 parking spaces are available in front of the store. It's a small restaurant with two tables for 4 people and a counter for 3 people. The tempura platter is very large and very satisfying. It is better to order for 2 people. If there were two people, they would share it with the first person. The soba noodles are quite large, so if you order them with tempura, you'll be pretty full. The soba soup is thick and delicious. At the end, soba noodles are served as a service, so you can enjoy the best soba full course. It was very quiet inside the store, but I was impressed by the staff working hard to make the food, and I'd like to go back there again.
