The noodles is prepared from scratch. Everything is done in full view of the customer. This is really a great restaurant to visit. People are helpfull and friendly. The portions are big. This is a great place for lunch.

I don't like it, but there are people who like oyster egg udon. The noodles don't get entangled with the soup, probably because the noodles are strong. the soup itself is delicious
