I had curry udon. It was delicious. I also appreciated that they came regularly to refill my water.

In the evening, we had soba and tempura, and as expected from the Ginza name, they were elaborate and delicious. The soba noodles have a strong yuzu peel flavor, and in the Miura vegetable tempura, all the vegetables are firm (?) and very filling. The watermelon-like red core radish also had a nice texture. What's more, I think it's wonderful that the tempura is served with matcha salt, which is a stylish feature that doesn't interfere with the taste of the vegetables. Te○ya offers rock salt as a seasoning for tempura, but it's hard to decide which one is more delicious!

I ate duck soup udon. It was so delicious that it tasted like a devil✊
