Awesome ramen, loads of meat. Sort of fishy flavor soup but won't offend most Americans taste buds. I had the tsukemen and it was awesome!

On my way back from Kanagawa Prefecture, I visited Ramen 611 San for the first time, which I had been interested in for a while (sweat) I was so confused as to whether I should go for clam or pork type that I was so worried that I could see smoke coming out of my head (lol) As a result, my... Choose your favorite pork type! I ordered [rich pork bone dried sardine tsukemen with flavored egg] (^^) The soup is exactly like "The Tonkotsu".It has a creamy richness with no odor and a gentle flavor of dried sardines that has a pleasant texture! On the other hand, the noodles are medium-thick and chewy! Get involved! (LOL) It was very delicious ♪ I added yuzu to the soup to finish it off, and it was a happy lunch! I was also impressed by the very polite and courteous customer service from the staff members (^^) Next time, I I would like to try the unknown taste [clam]! I was worried again, but I chose soy sauce and added [more meat] ♪ Of course, it was a completely different taste from the pork bone dried sardines I ordered last time, and the flavor of clams spread in my mouth, making it very [Japanese] ] It was amazing!
