More Comments at Google MapI decided to go there for the first time in 20 years. The store owner, who is a senior, was running the store all by himself. Just like before, it was full of Showa feeling and was very comfortable. There is a counter and two tables that seat 4 people. sit at the table Even though it was a one-off operation, I was humbled to have the food delivered from the kitchen to the table. I received a set of Nagasaki Champon and Nagasaki Sara Udon. The seafood-flavored soup is exquisite with bean paste. Gyoza is delicious😋 I don't think I was this impressed the last time I ate it. The kimchi, pickled radish, and pickled vegetables that you can eat as you like were also delicious. A shop with perfect service! I understand why it continues. I'll come back later. Thank you for the meal. thank you.
Today I went to Glover Tei in Machida for lunch. Champon and gyoza set B 1,100 yen. Enoki mushrooms were included in the Champon ingredients. I wonder if it's basic in Nagasaki? It's an orthodox and delicious Champon. Also, the special feature is the “gyoza”! It's relatively large, but it's light and delicious! This is at the top of my gyoza ranking so far. Please try it. One thing to note is that although the store's opening time was 11:00, it actually opened at 11:30. There are 3 parking lots and it is narrow. In particular, the parking lot on the far right seems to require some skill to enter the parking lot.
I went back for the first time in about 30 years since I worked at Tadao. Looking at the place where the old couple is running the shop, it seems like the owners haven't changed much and they seem to be doing well. To beat the summer heat, quench your thirst with Oolong High. Set B of Champon and Gyoza both have a piping hot and strong oolong high. Champon is delicious with a rich pork bone soup, perfectly cooked vegetables, and seafood. I don't remember the taste of the last time I had it, but the Kyushu Champon I'm used to has a lighter soup, so I felt a little uncomfortable, but it was delicious and I emptied the bowl in one go. It's delicious even if you change the taste with vinegar or sauce during the cooking process. I often want to eat champon for free, so I wanted to come back.
