Hands down the best tonkatsu around, voluminous and delicious, the rice is cooked very well too. Eaten here many times, never gets old. Relative cons: the separately-packed (thank god) sauce is too sweet and the meat is best eaten without it IMHO. The "salad" is also just a bunch of cut raw cabbage, the japanese way. Takeout during lunchtime is TREMENDOUS value for its ~1000 yen price, but it's a shame they shortened the daytime work hours lately. Dinnertime is 1500-1700, with a wider choice of meat cuts, deep fried shrimp and fish available too. The locals love this place too, so dining-in can be quite crowded.

It's an area I don't visit often, but I searched for tonkatsu and stopped by. As a result, it was a very correct answer. Loin is too soft...! ! 🐷 I would definitely like to go again. Next time I want to eat fin.
