More Comments at Google MapSpecial soy sauce ramen (hard noodles) Fried rice (grilled rice set meal) I had a ramen that I don't usually eat, with thin straight noodles and back fat soy sauce. Is this a characteristic of Kyoto ramen? You can choose from 3 types of noodle hardness: hard, medium, and soft, and 4 types: high, medium, low, and no fat. At the counter, there are unlimited green onions, pickled radish, garlic, and spicy miso (?) that you can customize to your liking. Maybe I should add more fat next time? The parking lot was spacious and could accommodate more than a dozen cars, and there was also a large dump truck parked there (there was also a large cargo truck parked on the road). When I entered the restaurant around 11:30, the parking lot was empty, but by the time I finished eating and left, there were people waiting in line at the entrance and several cars waiting to park on the street, making this restaurant popular. I can see it. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
It was my first time visiting! It had a lot of backfat, but it wasn't too greasy and was very delicious! The staff was also efficient and made me feel comfortable! Thank you for the meal!
The customer service from the female clerk was great! I asked the staff for a recommendation, and when I finished eating that menu and paid the bill, the staff member who had heard the recommendation came out from the back and said, ``How was it? Personally, I thought it was really warm when she asked me, ``
