More Comments at Google MapShikoku is a shop like a self-service udon shop in Marugame City. I had a cold udon with kake udon.
I prefer the noodles here to Jujo's Iwai. I like to enjoy the texture of the noodles, so I eat them cold all year round. Soy sauce is also good. It also goes well with tempura!
It’s delicious😋 I've been to the Jujo store several times, but this store is also delicious. It's a little disappointing that the tempura isn't freshly fried, but it's bigger and cheaper. Chicken tempura is also a satisfying quality for 100 yen per piece. And the dried sardine soup stock is the best. I don't think you can taste it at home or at a Tokyo-style udon restaurant. And noodles. A little thin and chewy is the best. I have eaten udon while walking around Kagawa, but it varies from store to store, so the locals go to their favorite noodle shop. I passed because it's OK as long as I'm basically chewy. Rather, it might be better to be thin. People who say that frozen udon is more delicious because it is a lump of flour in the first place are out of the question. In the first place, it's unsophisticated to compare it with inorganic frozen noodles that are cut evenly. Cold udon in summer, hot in winter, the best👍🏻
