From the name, the unique point of this shop is using lemon as a seasoning. Does this work? Yes it does. The broth is strong and has a smoky taste to it, which the bitter lemon balances out perfectly. That, and the serves are big, and you can upsize your noodles for free.

I ordered abura soba made with Maezawa beef. I had the stew and my wife had the roast beef on top. Both are simply delicious. Even though it's called abura soba, it's not oily, it's like the noodles are in a small amount of thick soup with a strong fishmeal flavor. A fishmeal-based soup with warm eggs and sweet and spicy beef stew, accented with garlic chips, and when eaten while mixing properly, it takes on a variety of flavors, creating a harmony of flavors you've never tasted before. There's a lot of meat, and I can't believe it's only 900 yen (roast beef is 1000 yen).I have to go again!

This shop is located inside the Greater Tokyo General Wholesale Center in Fuchu Honmachi. There are several attractive shops lined up, and it is food court style where you can eat in a common space near the shops after purchasing. I ordered a lemonade soda with an extra piece of chashu topping and it cost just over 1,000 yen. Maybe it was because I went after a run and was craving some salt, but even taking that into consideration, it was still delicious. It's much more delicious than the lukewarm ramen at famous shops located in outlet malls. The chashu is also soft and fragrant. I would like to come again.
