When I handed the ticket I bought from the ticket vending machine to the clerk, it was delivered to me faster than I expected (about 5 minutes). When you take a sip of the soup, the aroma and flavor of golden sea bream have an impact beyond your imagination. The thin noodles are made with a blend of domestic wheat ``Haru Yo Koi'' and are firm and chewy. The chicken and pork chashu are not too salty, and the boiled eggs are delicious! It was delicious and I almost ran out of noodles in no time, so I added extra noodles. All you have to do is hand over 100 yen in cash to the staff, so it's nice to be able to add more as you eat. It's topped with just the right amount of condiments! Ramen does not have a large size setting, and extra noodles are available. Conversely, tsukemen is only available in large servings. After adding the extra egg, I added yuzu paste for a different taste, but this gave it a new flavor and left a good impression. I come to Seiseki from time to time, so I thought I'd try the local chicken this time.

I ordered Kinmedai Soba (880 yen). Since it was lunch time, the place was full, but we didn't have to wait long after we bought our meal tickets. It looks simple. When you drink the soup, you can smell the scent of sea bream. The noodles are thin and a little hard, which is my personal favorite. Naturally, it's not suitable for people who don't like sea bream, but it has a refreshing taste, and they also give you yuzu paste to change the taste. It was delicious.
