The rice was cooked in a pot and was fluffy, sweet and delicious! I was asked to wait 20 minutes for the rice to cook, but what? long! But in the meantime, the appetizer came out and I was enjoying it, then the main dish came and the rice was already cooked so I said go ahead! It didn't feel that long! I had the tonkatsu gozen. The pork was delicious, the coating was thin and crispy, and it disappeared in an instant! It also comes with chawanmushi and miso soup, so I'm very satisfied! The store was bright and spacious, and the staff were very nice and easy to use! Waiting patiently for the rice to be cooked in front of me before I ate it was so euphoric!
For lunch, I had pot-cooked rice, tempura, 2 side dishes, and ice cream! It's a bit pricey, but it was filling and delicious. It takes 20 minutes to cook the rice, so it's great for lunch on holidays when you have time. I want to go there at night because they have seasonal items and it looks good. It was a method of ordering by scanning a QR code with a smartphone.
