A wonderful restaurant that opened in Kokubunji on April 11, 2019, where you can enjoy Chinese cuisine prepared by top chefs. The chef was the head chef at the restaurant of Chef Miyuki Igarashi, famous for Iron Chef, so I went there for lunch with high expectations. Lunch is Mabo tofu Dandan noodles lotus leaf wrapped fried rice You can choose from three types, all for 1000 yen, Comes with a small bowl. I ordered everything and ate a little at a time. It came out in a small bowl Fresh ginger and wasabi greens with sesame oil Drool chicken is delicious! Also, the soup that comes with the rice has a really deep broth, which makes me happy... The tandan noodles are creamy with the sesame seeds and spicy with the Japanese pepper and chili peppers, making them delicious. Mapo tofu is not just regular mapo tofu, but the elegant flavor of the meat, similar to French cuisine, is soaked in chili oil. The fried rice is a delicious attack of seasonal bamboo shoots and soft chashu pork. Everything was so delicious that you can't find it in ordinary Chinese food! This is a repeat decision ^o^
