A real, old-fashioned soba restaurant. I ordered the shrimp tempura bowl and soba set. Edomae tempura rice bowl with sweet and spicy sauce, topped with two large shrimps fried in sesame oil. The soba is made in a wariko style, giving it a firm and fragrant flavor. Classy pickled rice bran. Melty rich soba-yu. No matter what you cut, it's the real thing, and if you can enjoy this quality and taste for 2,530 yen per person, I think you don't have to go all the way to Tokyo.
