More Comments at Google MapThis store was separated from the main store "Drive-in Kokukai" in Suwa District, Nagano Prefecture. The main store is a popular restaurant where the parking lot is filled with customers from both inside and outside the prefecture, both for lunch and dinner. We create flavors that are particular about the ingredients and use as few additives as possible. The main ramen is a clear soy sauce ramen with plenty of chicken oil, which is the same as the main store. Sagamihara's original menu is spicy ramen. This time, I had the "Charshu Noodles Large Size" which is the same menu as the main store. The soup had great flavor, just like the main store. At the main store, it is served a little lukewarm, but at Sagamihara, it was served piping hot. At first glance, the char siu seems to be lighter in color than the main store! ? That's my first impression. When I took a bite, I felt that the main store had a slightly more fragrant soy sauce taste. As expected, the color at the main store is a little darker brown, and the product at the main store is so soft that it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks. I wonder if there is a subtle difference in cooking time. (The attached photo shows the chashu noodles from the Sagamihara store and the main store.) I think it's a slight difference, but I felt that the slight difference in the soy sauce aroma of the char siu left a slight pork smell in the char siu. Even as an amateur, I felt that when the soy sauce flavor became a little stronger, the pork smell was masked and the entire chashu noodles became firmer and smoother. I wrote a lot, but it was delicious and I finished it all. I would like to go there again if I want to eat the taste of Japan. 2021/09/18 Revisit. The soup was a little thicker compared to last time, and the whole chashu noodles were well balanced and very delicious! The pork smell was gone and I felt that the chashu had become a little softer. 2202/6/25 revisited. It's definitely delicious! !
It's nostalgic The taste remains the same There was a little less offal
Even though it was full of fat, the light soy sauce straight noodles were well mixed and delicious.
