Tama Plaza The oldest Chinese restaurant, Kokuryu. Byan Byan noodles are mixed noodles that are hard to find anywhere else. The black one is soy sauce based and the red one is spicy based, both are delicious. It's a long-established Chinese restaurant, so the lunch and other menu items are delicious. It's on the second floor of a yellow multi-tenant building, across from the building where Doutor Coffee is located, across from Tama Plaza Terrace. Apparently there is a separate parking lot, so please inquire with the store.
