Kawasaki Ginwa Reconnaissance, a bored outsider 🚴!? ️ While passing through Kawasaki Sugo, I found a ramen shop with a strange name called Ramen Nakajo Seihan, and immediately sneaked in ☺️ I had a special mazesoba that seems to be the store's specialty. Pretty good 😁

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the number 1 or 2 ramen shop I have been to. But we don't always line up. Alcohol is also available, and if you order a beer, you will be served stylish snacks. The parking lot is free if you stop at Marutsu and shop, it is recommended. It was so delicious that I ended up putting it on my desktop! Ramen is 800 yen.

I think the soup is made from seafood and animals, as others have said. I think it's dried sardines and chicken. The soup is smooth yet deep. The noodles are even better. It is thick and chewy, with a glossy surface that blends well with the soup. Contrary to the name of the restaurant, the ramen is not unique, but I feel that the level of perfection is very high. 700 yen is too cheap no matter how you look at it. I eat over 100 bowls of ramen a year, but this was the best I've had in the past six months to a year. Thank you for the meal. However, there was no other customer in front or behind me.
