More Comments at Google Map・Soba restaurant type in town ・There is a box of tissues on top of the tea dispenser. ・Soba hot water was served on the way. Slimy and lukewarm. ・Homemade noodles (there was a stone mill in the store) ・Entered around 14:20 on Saturday. There was one group of customers. One group came in later. ・Entered around 11:30 on Saturday. There were 2 groups of customers. 3 groups later. Although it's too far to go for lunch on a weekday, I found a good shop that was perfect for buying alcohol on Saturdays and Sundays.
The soba noodles are delicious, but I recommend the curry bowl. It goes perfectly with root rice that has a strong dashi soup. If you break the raw egg on top and mix it in, it becomes even more delicious. The crunchy texture is a nice accent and you can enjoy the crunch. It's voluminous and will fill you up. Miso soup goes well with curry bowl. The persimmon dessert was also delicious. I also often eat soba here. Soba noodles are chewy and go down easily in your throat. The strong soup stock soaks into your body and is delicious. It has a taste that makes you want to eat it again and again. This is a restaurant where you can eat with peace of mind and is crowded with locals.
I had grated nameko soba, but I was surprised by the many toppings such as grated yam and perilla. It was very delicious.
