Wow, the quality of this Sichuan place is amazing. It's definitely authentic. While the chef is Japanese, he makes his way to Sichuan yearly to sample local foods to stay on top of his game. You can tell he really loves making good food. Feel free to ask him to change the flavor between more and less authentic to suit your tastes. There's even some things that aren't on the menu that he can recommend and prepare. Highly recommended.

The restaurant's menu is all carefully crafted and bespoke, and the taste, including the presentation, is superb. I'll visit you again. The 2000 yen lunch course is an exceptional value. Thank you for the meal.

Visited for lunch. As others have written, it is authentic. I would like to especially mention that the desserts were excellent.The almond tofu, potato ice cream, and pumpkin tapioca instead of coconut were extremely delicious. Now I feel sorry for the 2000 yen.
