More Comments at Google MapI went there for the first time. I arrived at the store 10 minutes before it opened at 11:00, but there was already a line of about 7 people. I barely made it in the first round. It will be the second round from the 9th group, so wait for about 30 minutes. Note. I ordered Moro miso cucumber and waited for the soba noodles. I actually eat soba with duck soup. Soba noodles are thin and firm and delicious. The duck is a little rare and soft, and the flavor spreads when you bite into it. After you finish eating, you will have soba-yu. It is characteristic that it is quite muddy with soba ingredients. You can drink it as it is or you can mix it with the dipping sauce, but it is recommended to mix it with moromi miso! The warmth of the soba water brings out the flavor of the moromi, and the saltiness of the miso brings out the sweetness of the ingredients in the soba. Wait for the soba with moromi miso, and after eating the soba, mix the moromi miso with the soba water to finish it off.
I visited when it opened on a weekday, and it was already full, with 5 groups waiting. The restaurant is underground, so you'll have to wait along the stairs while looking at the menu. Since it's a soba restaurant, the rotation isn't slow, and the staff greets me while I'm waiting, so I didn't have to worry about waiting. When I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome that said, "Thank you for the hot weather." All of the soba noodles were attractive and creative and made me want to try them all.
I ordered Tandan soba. The noodles had a firm texture and flavor and were very delicious. Personally, I think it could have been a little more spicy. It came with green onion, wasabi, shichimi, and sansho as condiments. Personally, I think Shichimi is the best match for me. Due to the coronavirus, the number of seats has been reduced, so it may take some time to enter and serve the food. If you don't have time, it's probably better to avoid it. They have a variety of soba noodles, so I would like to visit again.
