More Comments at Google MapThere is a ticket vending machine on the left as you enter. It is written in a jumbled manner, so you need to prepare in advance. There are two people: an older sister in the kitchen and an older lady in the hall. You might have to wait a little during lunch time. It has been featured on TV several times, so some customers may have come from far away. The taste is like a combination of salmon chazuke and wasabi pickled rice. It's wasabi shaved ice, so it might be cold in the coming months.
special soy sauce ramen The soup is light soy sauce with dried sardines and rich back fat. The noodles are thick and curly, and the texture is soft yet chewy. Char siu pork loin is soft and voluminous Salt-based half-boiled egg Other toppings are bamboo shoots, rock nori, mitsuba, naruto, and chopped green onions.
This is a ramen shop inside the market. At my first visit, I had the red sea bream arataki shiosoba. A combination of carefully prepared soup stock, sea bream preparation, and flat noodles. The soup is so delicious that the aroma and flavor of the sea bream will take your breath away! You can eat it smoothly like ochazuke. I haven't tried the other menu items yet, but I'm sure they'll be delicious! It's a famous restaurant that makes you look forward to it. It was a noodle shop that I would definitely go to again ☆ I went back for the first time in a while and tried the soy sauce ramen. The clear soup was a combination of animal and fish soups. The clear amber soup has back fat floating in it that will whet your appetite ♫ Once you take a bite of the soup, it will make you hungry. (`・ω・´)~? That? It became. Normally, you would think that a combination of fish and animal-based ingredients would taste like bonito, but it has a deep and rich seafood flavor that feels like the fish itself has been cooked, with a light animal-based flavor. A flavor that I have never tasted at other stores. It has a very Japanese taste, and although it looks like soy sauce ramen, the soup is as elegant as fish soup. You may be confused by the gap. (*^ω^*)Anyway, the delicious and unique taste is 100% satisfying☆ Personally, Ichibanonaka's ramen is I want to try it with wasabi. Next time I have to go eat salt ramen ♫
