Visited with 3 family members on Sunday at 18:30. The store is located about a 10-minute walk from Shiki Station in Saitama Prefecture. The 24 seats inside were already full, so we had to wait a little outside. It's so cold that day that I can't help but wait outside, but I'm patient. The large tables are filled with people you know and work with, there are three raised tables that seat four people, and several counter seats, giving the impression that the restaurant is suitable for families and groups. Well, the menu is as clean as the signboard, a restaurant that serves Nagasaki Champon and Nagasaki Sara Udon. I chose gyoza and sesame tofu for this. Sesame tofu and gyoza arrived on the plate first. Sesame tofu is sweet and has a rich sesame flavor. It's delicious to eat with your mouth full. Gyoza filled with vegetables have a homemade feel, Next, let's start with Champon. The noodles are thick, straight and soft, with plenty of toppings, and the soup is warm with plenty of seafood and pork extract. Enjoy the udon noodles. The crispy thin noodles have a good texture. Divide it into small portions and eat it, then sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce on the table. Isn't this sauce the Kincho Worcestershire sauce that tastes like Nagasaki's people? Add some sauce for Sara Udon to add impact to the flavor. Yeah, it's delicious. It changes to a nostalgic taste similar to Monjayaki in Tokyo. I was able to fully enjoy the taste of real Nagasaki Champon.

Nagasakitei is a Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon restaurant located in Shiki City, Saitama Prefecture. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. The exterior is retro and tasteful, but the interior is even more atmospheric. The interior of the store is decorated with ``items related to Nagasaki,'' giving you a nostalgic feeling. Also, almost all of the clocks in the store are stopped and ticking at a certain time. The signature menu items are Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon, both of which are hard to beat in terms of deliciousness. You can choose from three sizes of Shochiku-ume, and the smallest size is such that even children can eat them all. The vegetables they use are simply delicious, which is a big difference from other chain restaurants. Nagasaki Champon has a soup that makes full use of the sweetness of the vegetables and a perfect combination of noodles, giving it a delicious taste that somehow makes you feel gentle. Sara udon, on the other hand, is filled with sweeter vegetable fillings, giving it a punchier flavor and a punch of deliciousness. Personally, I might be a bit of a ``sara udon'' fan. There are table seats and tatami seats, so even families with small children can come here with peace of mind. I am very grateful that the staff at the store are kind to children. This is a store I can recommend. Thank you for the meal.

This is a restaurant where you can eat authentic Nagasaki champon and sara udon, located 600 meters from Shiki Station, across the street from Yaoko Shikihonmachi store, and at the intersection of Kashiwamachi 5-chome. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a nostalgic landscape that seemed to mix exoticism with Japanese nostalgia. There are many clocks displayed in this shop, but the time is approximately 11 o'clock on all of them. This is the time when the atomic bomb was dropped on Nagasaki over 75 years ago. For both Champon and Sara Udon, you can choose from pine (with lots of ingredients), bamboo (normal), and plum (with less ingredients). Authentic Sara Udon noodles are quite thin. At the beginning, you can enjoy the crispy texture, and at the end, it becomes soft and easy to eat as it blends into the filling. I transfer it to a small plate and serve it with Worcestershire sauce, but the Worcestershire sauce is delicious and makes me feel like I've been to Nagasaki. The main ingredients of Nagasaki Champon are purchased directly from Nagasaki, and the restaurant serves authentic Nagasaki local cuisine.
