More Comments at Google MapWhen perusing the menu, I was faced with a delightful dilemma as there were numerous enticing options, each one tempting me to give it a try. However, it's worth noting that not all dishes were vegetarian, so vegetarians should exercise caution in their selection. In the end, my friend opted for a cold noodle dish while I chose a warm ramen. As I lifted the noodles with my chopsticks, their soft and translucent appearance immediately caught my eye. Initially, I had modest expectations for a vegetarian restaurant in Japan, considering the limited vegetarian options available. I thought as long as it satisfied my hunger, it would suffice. However, with the first bite, I was pleasantly surprised. The broth evoked a sense of nostalgia, and despite the generous amount of green onions, they harmonized perfectly with the broth, accentuating its rich flavor without overpowering it. The noodles had an incredible springiness and soaked up the savory broth, resulting in a delightful texture. The cold noodles provided a refreshing and addictive taste, and even my meat-eating friend thoroughly enjoyed the dish thanks to the flavorful broth and vegetables. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem of delicious vegetarian cuisine, and I will definitely make it a point to revisit and indulge in their offerings on my next trip to Japan!
This restaurant offers delicious hot and cold noodles that are surprisingly chewy, flavorful, and filling with a clean taste. Their kimchi isn't my favorite, but I loved the vegan curry soy milk ramen. They give you a coupon for a free small appetizer next time you visit. The service is quick. The restaurant is smaller, but we haven't had to wait for a seat (party of 2 people). I will keep coming back here.
Cold noodles are the food equivalent of iced coffee. You need both to survive Tokyo summer. The tomato basil reimen are delicious and so fresh!
