This was my first time here, and the Donguri Chuka white (salt) was topped with a seasoned egg, two large slices of chashu, menma, spinach, and seaweed.The soup had a strong flavor and balanced well with the very thin noodles. It was good that the soup was not too thick, so you could almost drink it all down! Next time I would like to try red (soy sauce)!
