Looking for a place to eat after visiting the "cat temple" in Gotokuji, we opted for the Atelier de Terrine Maison Okei. We had a great meal. All the dishes were excellent. As appetizers we had chicken and vegetable terrine. My wife, not a meat eater, was particularly excited about the vegetarian option. We also had a few nice bottles of Rose. Our waiter, who turned out to be the owner, was very accommodating. Turns out he owns several other restaurants and a brewery closer to central Tokyo. The next day we decided to try Viva Okei and had a splendid time there as well. We got to see the owner pitch in for his staff by waiting tables, bussing and washing dishes, selecting wines. With leadership like that, his restaurants will provide you with an excellent experience as well. I highly recommend you pay a visit!
