The flavor and fat of the fish oozes out, and of course it's delicious. ●Hayashi Junmai Ginjo Omachi (1,080 yen) Glass I was confused because there were so many lineups, but I chose this one. Hayashi Sake Brewery in Toyama. It's clean, well-balanced, and goes well with anything. Hayashi seems to have a series for each type of sake rice, but this time it was Omachi. I wonder how the flavor will change if I use other rice. It seems that they are particular about their sake vessels, which are made by a workshop in Hokushinetsu. It's made of tin, so it stays nice and cold. It seems like sake events are also being held here. The staff's customer service was also very good, so I would like to visit them at night next time. It can't be helped in this day and age, but it would be easier to go if the price was a little lower.

The set meal of overnight dried mackerel delivered directly from Hokuriku for lunch was delicious! Mackerel with just the right amount of fat goes well with grated radish and lemon juice! Koshihikari from Uonuma is also delicious! I also want to try Miyuki trout and Uonuma rock fish! Thank you for the meal!
