Delicious Chinese Dinner at a Soothing Ambiance ! The restaurant, which has been renovated recently, is located near Kamata station. The facade does not look fancy, but the wooden interior is cosy and comfortable. I chose the Sazanka (Camellia sasanqua) course out of the four types of dinner courses available which was amazing, although it was the most affordable course among them. The course contained 9 dishes and used sufficient seasonal fresh food. And their service style was nouvelle cuisine chinoise style, so I could enjoy each dish taking my time. All of the dishes were not only delicious but also very presentable. For example, the six small portions of appetizer were served on different small lovely plates which were different in taste, smell and look. I enjoyed them as their ingredients were fresh, and I could sense that a lot of time and effort went into preparing those. The service was brilliant. All of the staff were kind and professional. They engaged with customers heartly, which lit up our dining experience. You would be better off making a reservation in advance. Especially, some dinner courses (Keika and a special course) are required to be reserved three or five days in advance. I cannot wait to go back and try other dishes. Highly recommended.

I finally made it to “Niikura” which I had wanted to visit for a while😁 The store is run in a renovated old folk house, so the entrance is a little difficult to find, but there is a noren curtain and a menu, so please walk carefully in front of it. The owner chef is a person who trained for many years at Ginza Astor and has a background in menu development, etc. He is not only highly skilled but also highly creative, so he is able to master the three important elements of Chinese cuisine. We offer dishes where you can fully experience ① flavor, ② color, and ③ taste 😋 If you are reading this, I would like you to go and have lunch as if you have been fooled once❗️ You can eat while enjoying live cooking in the open kitchen on the first floor, or enjoy a leisurely conversation in the private room on the second floor, and you'll be sure to find that this is a restaurant where you can enjoy memorable dishes in any situation. Therefore, I will not write down the evaluation of the food!! ️I want people to see this article, go to the restaurant, and feel the ``thoughts'' for the food they encountered there... ``Niikura'' is such a restaurant. I visited after 13:00 on weekdays with an introduction from my workplace. (lo 13:30) I was deeply moved by the atmosphere of the restaurant, the customer service, and the food (*´꒳`*) Space where the shop is extensive with Wood-like, and is comfortable. A tired office worker visited by himself, but the customer service was very attentive and warm. Rice is sold out, so there are two options: shark fin noodles or tantan noodles. The appetizer and shumai are a set, and the shinko is placed on the table. Oshinko is so delicious that I'm sure I'll win at that point. The appetizer is pumpkin, purple cabbage and shellfish. (sorry for explaining) All of them are small, but they are working well, and the expected value is raised. And the main tantan noodles. You can tell from the appearance that it can only be made by first-class people. Ingredients include deep-fried ingredients that make the most of the texture of the ingredients. The soup has a deep sesame scent, but it has a gentle taste that does not become heavy. Although the noodles are thin, they have a strong presence. The frozen shumai that I usually eat is so delicious that I easily jumped over the hurdles that I thought I would not be able to overcome at an average restaurant. The dumplings were also chewy and delicious ♪ It was a counter seat, but I thought it was very cool to see the skillful cooking in the open kitchen. A shop where everything is gathered in a high dimension. It's not a cheap lunch, but it's a nice shop that easily surpasses the price! Kamata, with Seicho in the east and Niikura in the west, is a terrifying place. Various electronic payments are also supported, which is rare for a lunch with good cost performance. The lunch menu seems to change weekly (?), so I have to visit regularly! addition) I visited the Keika course for 13,000 yen (tax included). I think that if you pay a lot of money, you can get some delicious food, but it's rare to find a restaurant that offers more than 13,000 yen. I just have respect for a restaurant like this that offers such dishes.
